Questions before the first tile.
A technical drawing is helpful but not required for the first conversation. Photos, an approximate area and your Warsaw district are enough.
How much does bathroom tiling cost in Warsaw?+
Standard tile installation usually costs PLN 140–220/m² depending on format, cuts and substrate. A complete bathroom renovation normally starts from about PLN 18,000 for labour. Use the calculator for an initial range.
Do you install 120×280 cm porcelain slabs?+
Yes. We use transport frames, vacuum lifters and cutting tables. The transport route, cut-outs and wall planes are checked before the slabs are ordered or cut.
Is the site survey really free?+
Yes, within Warsaw and approximately 50 km. We normally offer a visit within 48 hours and send the itemised quotation within 24 hours afterwards.
Will the agreed price change during the job?+
The approved scope has a fixed price. If demolition reveals a hidden defect, we document it and price the repair before any additional paid work is carried out.
Do you provide a warranty?+
Completed work receives a written warranty; its scope and term are set out in the contract. Waterproofing is covered when we install the full specified system on an accepted substrate.
Can you purchase and deliver the tiles?+
Yes. Once the exact model and batch are approved, we calculate the allowance, check stock, organise purchase, transport and carrying-in. Material and logistics costs are shown separately before we place the order.
Can you work in an occupied apartment?+
Yes, when the work zone can be isolated safely. We protect access routes, control dust and agree cutting and cleaning hours in advance.
