Before the survey
What should you prepare?
You do not need a construction drawing for the first conversation. If you have one, send the plan and wall elevations. Otherwise, prepare the name or a photo of the chosen tile format, the approximate area and information about whether demolition is complete. We bring a laser, two-metre straightedge and moisture meter.
What do we measure on site?
We check dimensions, plumb, flatness, door clearances, movement joints and installation readiness. In bathrooms we verify possible falls and drain positions. For large-format slabs we also inspect the entire transport route, including entrances, turns, lifts and unloading space.
What will you receive afterwards?
Within 24 hours we send an itemised quotation with quantities, rates and installation materials. It includes an available start date, expected duration and warranty conditions. The quotation remains valid for 30 days.
How do we reserve the date?
After the quotation is accepted, we sign a contract recording the scope, price, schedule, completion date and a 0.5% delay penalty for every day caused by us. We also agree who purchases the materials and when they must arrive.
