How to read it
Area is only the first number.
Standard 60×60 cm porcelain in a simple, empty living room needs less setting-out and cutting than the same area in a bathroom with a niche, a WC frame and six penetrations. Large 120×280 cm slabs need a two-person team, a table, a frame and suction lifters. We show those differences as separate line items, not as an unexplained multiplier at the end.
Why ranges instead of a single number?
A fair rate is rarely a single point. Simple, large areas fall near the lower bound; difficult access, many cuts and small rooms fall near the upper one. The range shows the band we work within and lets us adapt the offer to your scope without hidden surcharges.
